The Università dei Sapori in Perugia is an international culinary arts and training centre. Every day, its halls and laboratories are filled by 600 (aspiring) professional students seeking to learn catering skills from scratch or perfect their existing knowledge. In the pizzeria laboratories students learn to make pizza using Oem equipment.

The request

  • The Università dei Sapori has existing ties with various members of the Ali Group and was looking for high-performance, state-of-the-art products in order to train the next generation of pizza chefs.

The solution

  • Andrea Avellini, the proprietor of Omniabar, Oem’s dealer in the Perugia area, has always had close links with the Università dei Sapori and now lectures there as well.
